Atangeo doesnt even start, windows reports a problem and just have to click cancel

I never got a digital signature warning, installing atangeo was not the problem, problem was to start atangeo after installing, but I fixed it last night, apparantly Directx SDK messes some programs and games up
When installing Balancer, Windows 7 reports a warning that the Balancer setup does not have a valid digital signature to verify its publisher. You just need to press 'Run' to continue with the setup.
In the near future, we will add a digital signature that guarantees the authenticity of the Balancer setup.
